For the preparation of this dish for four people, these ingredients are needed:

  • 150gr. rice per person
  • 1 Banana, 1 glass of water and 1 egg per person
  • Garlic cloves 2
  • Olive oil
  • 1 glass of fried tomato
  • Parsley and salt

We will start by putting 1 glass of water for each person with a drizzle of oil, a clove of garlic and a sprig of parsley and salt. When it starts to boil, add the rice and leave it for a quarter of an hour, although the cooking time will always depend on the type of rice; and we will stir from time to time so that it does not become a mass.

When the rice is done we will strain it, rinse it and let it drain. On the other hand, in a frying pan we will add a little oil and we will add the cut bananas to taste and we will let them brown and later we will prepare the fried egg.

After the egg is done, the rice is served on a plate like a crib and the bananas are placed on top, well cut lengthwise, diced or sliced, it is indifferent, and to one side the egg and pour a generous tablespoon or two of fried tomato sauce, preferably homemade and you are ready to eat.
