Es Trenc beach in Mallorca

Surely next year will be a more normal year and we will be able to enjoy our summer vacations more. So we can travel to Majorca and rest on its beaches, under the summer sun.

The coves of Mallorca are great, its beaches too, there is a wide range of activities, there is the beautiful Sierra de Tramontana, caves, historical buildings and much more. But if there is a beach that takes the applause, it is the Es Trenc Beach.

This beach starts in Ses Covetes, a beautiful beach with transparent waters and white sands, quiet, which is right between sa Ràpita and Trenc, in the urbanization of the same name.

Ses Covetes is also a popular and well-known destination, with 250 meters of beach, with two areas, one sandy and the other rocky, called Freu. Then, after Ses Covetes, the Es Trenc Beach, an extensive 3-meter-long sandy area divided into three zones.

On the other side, the dunes, some rocks, pine trees and bushes that reach Salobral de Campos, a 1500 hectare natural wetland with a lake, salt flats and birds.

What can we do besides sunbathing and tanning? Walking is an optionIt is almost three kilometers and it is a good exercise, especially in the morning or late afternoon. Here, only snorkeling and much better if the wind does not blow from the south because it removes the water and leaves it cloudy. There is a ramp in case someone uses a wheelchair, and some lifeguard posts in the busiest parts of the beach.

Soak up the sun, soak in the water, hike, do some research on the old bunkers, snorkel and not much else. Rest, read, play something, talk ... That is what this beach in Mallorca offers. If you arrive by public transport you will do it in bus and from the Ses Covetes side. Can you camp? No, it is forbidden.
