Great sculptures that we can see outdoors
Moai
These monolithic statues are only found in the Isla de Pascua and they belong to the Valparaíso Region, in Chile. There are more than 900 moai sculpted by the ancients rapa nui (inhabitants of the island), but most of them are at the foot of the slopes of the quarry of the volcanic cone Rano Raraku.

The colossus
The sculpture of "Colossus" de Florence dates from XVI century and it is so impressive and monumental that we can even find rooms inside.
It is the work of Italian sculptor Giambologna, and was created as a symbol of the rugged Apennine Mountains. This God of the Mountain, called precisely Apennines, stands 10 meters high above the Villa di Pratolino, in Tuscany.
