As we already commented in another post (Making a suit in Asia) many travelers decide to have a bespoke suit or some shirts made at one of the many tailor shops in Bangkok because they offer good quality at a better price. According to insiders Jesse and Victor of Rajawongse Clothier they are the best tailors of Bangkok. They have been in the business for 30 years dressing diplomats, spies and even a president of the government.
In 2006 even George and Barbara Bush stopped by Jesse and Victor's shop.
They also take orders online, although I don't know how effective taking action yourself will be. For a suit to look good, it is convenient for the tailor to measure you and then, with the suit rammed do a new test for touch-ups. So I would be inclined to take advantage of a visit or stop in Bangkok to do my order.
They are in the Sukhumvit hotel area, next to the Landmark hotel and they open from Monday to Saturday from 10 in the morning to 8 in the afternoon.
